Anyone looking for a realtor I highly recommend Holli as your realtor. The first day I contacted Holli she was on it getting a showing of a house that next day. When I met with her she was totally professional and hard working. Holli was very dedicated to helping me with anything that I wanted and needed. I was very impressed with how dedicated she was no matter what time day or night I had a question or needed answers she didn’t mind answering it. Holli went above and beyond helping me with my experiences of inspection and making sure everything was done correctly throughout the process. Holli also helped me by recommending a list of things like insurance agents and etc. Even after the closing I can call Holli and still will assist me so I truly recommend Holli as your realtor for the best experience.

Holli and her team are absolutely amazing! Holli is always reachable, and quick to respond when you have a question, concern, or just want to talk about life. If she doesn't have the answer, she is very good about getting the answer for you and quickly. Holli is laid back (meaning she let me do and find a lot of my own listings and went and did walk through videos and took pics for me), yet a very hard worker! My husband and I are first time home buyers and Ms. Summerville & Associates helped us tremendously throughout this process! We are military so had a very limited window to actually view houses in person. Herself and team were so accommodating to our schedule and even found and viewed our dream home for us! Holli is an absolute gem of a human being! She’s a veteran and a mom of 4 amazing humans.
